TBND CIVILS (PTY) LTD is a Civil Engineering Construction Company that was established on the 27th of May 2019, situated in Johannesburg. It is a multi-discipline company with high speciality in Construction Project Management, Civils Works and General Building. We are highly experienced in dealing and solving community, labour and local SMME problems that have risen and proven to be a threat/constraint in completion of projects timeously in communities. Though our company has been operating for 3 years, collectively our directors have more than 16 years’ experience in executing projects successfully from inception to completion.
TBND Civils is BBBEE Level one with 51% female owned and is 100% youth and wholly black owned company. We are one of the fastest growing companies in South Africa currently registered as 6CEPE with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB).

Our Team
Managing Director
Our Managing Director, Thembani Nyila has more than 8 years’ experience in Project Management of construction projects. He has successfully executed projects for Water and Sewer Pipelines, Building Projects, Gabions for Erosion Protection, Access Roads, Road Maintenance and Concrete Structures. He holds a BTech Degree in Civil Engineering (Construction Management) from the University of Johannesburg and is registered as a Candidate Construction Project Manager with SACPCMP.
Contracts Director
Our Contracts Director, Bulelwa Dlova has more than 8 years’ experience in the designing of Civil Engineering Projects mainly Water, Sewer, Stormwater, Roads and Pavement Design. She holds a BTech Degree in Civil Engineering (Urban Engineering) from Tshwane University of Technology and is registered as a Candidate Engineering Technologist with ECSA.
